Purity Xashimba – Director
Purity leads PVHCare with vision, compassion, and over 15 years of healthcare experience. Inspired by her parents — her mother a nurse and her father a doctor — she grew up with a passion for serving others and making lives happier and more meaningful.
Why I Care: “I chose to work in care because of the inspiration I drew from my parents. I have always loved working with people, and I find great fulfilment in helping to make their lives happier and more meaningful.”
For Purity, care is built on kindness, patience, and respect. She believes that small acts, like offering a smile in the morning or supporting someone’s independence, can transform how a person feels about themselves and their day.
Outside of work, Purity enjoys relaxing with video games — a side of her that often surprises people who only know her in a professional setting.
Tinashe Faredo – Manager
Tinashe is a calm and steady leader who ensures that every care plan is delivered with empathy, professionalism, and warmth. He has always wanted to make a positive difference in people’s lives, and he finds his greatest joy in building real connections with the individuals he supports.
Why I Care: “I’ve always wanted to make a positive difference in people’s lives. For me, the best part is building real connections — making sure the people I support feel respected, valued, and never alone.”
Tinashe believes the little things matter most. He takes time to listen, notice details, and remember the small routines that bring comfort and dignity to clients.
Outside of work, Tinashe loves cooking (especially his famous short rib!) and bringing people together over good food and laughter.
Ashley Hudd Cornell – Assistant Manager
Ashley brings structure, care, and creativity to the PVHCare team.
Why I Care: “I chose to work in care to help make a difference in people’s lives. What I love most is watching individuals achieve their goals while maintaining their independence.”
Ashley believes that truly learning and remembering each person’s personality and preferences makes care deeply personal. Outside of work, her artistic side shines — she enjoys creative projects and anything that lets her bring ideas to life.
Shontae Kusi-Agyapong – Creative Projects Manager
Shontae is the creative voice of PVHCare, bringing our story to life through our website, social media, and videos. She makes sure every page and post reflects the warmth, joy, and family spirit that define us.
Why I Care: “I want people to see that care is more than a service — it’s love, dignity, and life shared.”
When she’s not creating content, Shontae enjoys cooking, exploring new places, and making the people around her smile.
